Important Notes

  • Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire one year from the purchase date.
  • If pick-up occurs after the initial drop-off time, half-day or full-day boarding charges will apply.
  • Walks before 9 AM and after 6 PM (Mon–Fri), and any time on Sat/Sun, have a flat rate of $40 (plus tax) for up to 30 minutes.
  • All packages are taxed upon purchase.
  • All packages include daily relief walks.
  • Daycare pick-ups have a 10-minute grace period; pick-up after business hours is charged $40 per hour.
  • All services are subject to an additional $40 fee on holidays: New Year’s Eve (after 5 PM), New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
